Sudbury Edit II | Modern Classics From Gainsborough

19 Mar 24

Founded in 1903, Gainsborough is one of the UK’s last remaining weaving houses. They are the custodian of an impressive archive of over 7000 historical fabrics, making them one of the largest in the country.

Following on from the success of Sudbury Edit I, Gainsborough has once again looked to their archive to form a new and exclusive collection. Sudbury Edit II is a curation of four 20th century designs, carefully selected for their classic, geometric patterns and reimagined in new colourways to suit contemporary interiors. Spanning from the turn of the 20th century to the mid-century, the designs carry with them a small slice of modern history and offer timeless style in abundance.

Composed of entirely natural materials, the versatile fabrics ensure longevity and hold a beautiful tactile quality, making them perfect for upholstery and drapery.
