Sustainable Fabrics for Mindful Living

11 Jan 23

The world around us is changing and its impacts are being increasingly felt in our daily lives. In response, people are rethinking the way that they live, and when it comes to the home the focus is on timeless design staples that are both mindfully produced and created to last. Comprised of a selection of natural fibres and recycled materials, The Pure Edit fabric collection has been carefully curated to meet the growing demand for stylish interior design solutions with less environmental impact.

Mindful of the environment, The Pure Edit fabric collection is always produced from certified and more sustainable recycled or natural yarns.
Created in their own studio the easy-to-live-with selection of printed fabrics is produced either on recycled cotton from pre-consumer waste or

Better Cotton. The soft and luxurious weaves and velvets are woven from REPREVE certified yarn, the leading branded performance fibre made from recycled plastic bottles.

These recycled qualities reduce the impact on the planet compared to using virgin fibres, reducing energy, water, and raw material consumption, and producing fewer greenhouse gases.

Also featured in the range are fast growing natural plant fibres from less intensive farming like hemp and linen creating qualities that are up to the wear-and-tear of everyday living and which age beautifully.

The firm focus on sustainability does not however mean a compromise on style. This environmentally-aware collection offers a versatile array of plains and textures, geometrics, florals, botanicals and more abstract motifs, each seeking inspiration from the world around us, bringing the beauty of nature into today’s interiors.
