Relaunched & Rejuvenated: McLaurin & Piercy

09 Mar 22

Founded in 2013 by Clay McLaurin and Todd Piercy, LA based fabric and wallpaper company Clay McLaurin has undergone an exciting rebrand and has been reborn as McLaurin & Piercy

It was the purchase of LA Mills, a twentieth century weaving mill producing jacquard and dobby textiles for drapes and upholstery, in 2019 that signified a change in the company’s direction. Galvanised by a desire to promote and celebrate the artistry and outstanding quality of American craftmanship, the newly conceived McLaurin & Piercy brand aims to bring the beauty of traditional American weaving into the 21st century.

To mark this exciting new chapter, they are launching a fabulous new woven collection, featuring 24 distinct designs, available in a beautiful array of colourways. Rooted in classic design, the fabrics showcase a range of patterns and textures and are produced using the finest American wool, cotton and linen. As practical as they are pretty, several of the fabrics are extremely high performing, having been created using a stain resistant finish, whilst still retaining a luxuriously soft feel.

Alongside their woven range, their offering also includes printed fabrics, embroidered textiles and wallcoverings, as well as vintage fabrics sourced from Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. Taking their inspiration from global history, travel and the natural world they create eclectic, artisanal designs that bring a relaxed, contemporary feel to interiors.
