Drummonds’ charming Syre basin is the perfect compact basin, ideal for cloakrooms and smaller bathrooms. Cast in English china clay, finished and glazed by hand, it is available wall-mounted or, as shown here, with one of Drummonds’ elegant brass stands.
Drummonds design and manufacture all their products using traditional, artisan techniques. At their workshops, English china clay is mixed in small batches, to achieve exactly the right consistency for slip casting. Once set, each piece is unmoulded, hand-finished and then fired, before being set aside for up to two weeks before the final glazing.
