Silver Dreams - Drummonds

The products chosen throughout are of the highest level of luxury, using a palette of natural materials and glamorous silver tones. Quarter-matched Calacatta marble on the floor and walls creates a dramatic backdrop for some of Drummonds’ most imposing designs; from the curvaceous Morar slipper bath to the remarkable freestanding Thurso shower. 

Meraki’s vision was to “create a spa feeling and sense of luxury”, describing Drummonds’ products as “timeless” and an essential element in the layering of texture and colour that makes this project so impressive.

Bringing a warm silver tone, the taps, towel rail and shower elements are all in Drummonds’ Antique Nickel finish.  This is the final stage of a lengthy process in which Drummonds’ brassware is cast using the traditional lost wax process. 

Likewise, the basins are traditionally slip-cast and the splendid cast iron bath and dramatic shower tray are the product of weeks of process crowned by traditional dry frit enamelling and customised polished steel exteriors.
