Founded in 1996 by colourist Francesca Wezel, Francesca’s Paints was one of the very first to offer sustainable paints in the UK. 2021 marks 25 years of the original eco paint company and celebrates a life in colour.
Blue is incredibly present in our lives; the colour of the oceans and the sky, it grounds and connects us to our surroundings.
Known to have a soothing, calming effect, it is the perfect colour to bring a sense of tranquillity to the home, working particularly well in bedrooms, bathrooms and drawing rooms. However, with so many different shades to choose from, blue can strike many notes. Electric blues add a touch of drama to walls, whilst cooler steel blues can achieve a more industrial feel.
With a choice of over 200 different paint colours, Francesca’s Paints’ offering includes a wide variety of blues, from the deep ‘Silent’ to the light and fresh ‘Freedom’.

Alongside her current paint collections, Francesca also undertakes personalised colour consultations in clients’ homes, selecting the right colours and combinations for each individual setting and offers a bespoke colour mixing service.
