Founded in Harrogate, The Caulfield Company builds state-of-the art intelligent modern glass buildings. Its bespoke designs combine the pleasures of indoor/outdoor living with thermal performance and automation designed to make the very most of the unpredictable British climate.
This July, The Caulfield Company opens in Wilmslow. Occupying a flagship 5500 sq ft site on the Manchester Road, it showcases inspirational glass buildings set in an expansive decked garden. The buildings themselves range from a stone clad modern orangery to an atrium-style garden room and a contemporary conservatory matching an aluminium exterior with a solid oak interior.
The Wilmslow showroom also showcases the remarkable ‘Cero’ architectural glazing concept, with ultra-slim triple glazed doors available up to a towering 6 metres tall and remotely operated. Remote control is just one of many specialist systems which The Caulfield Company can incorporate into its buildings, including automated shading and temperature controls operated through built-in weather stations.
Inside the buildings are a series of beautifully furnished living spaces. The Caulfield Company handles projects right through from planning permission to the design, build and interior finishes and offers a complete interior design service including bespoke joinery, integrated entertainment systems, natural stone floors and contemporary designer furniture from names such as Rolf Benz. All of these are on show, together with luxury outdoor living products including Markilux automated awnings and the Millboard decking and Norstone natural stone cladding used to create the sleek landscaping.
The Wilmslow showroom is also the UK’s largest showcase for Solarlux, the German company which manufactures high-tech door and window systems for The Caulfield Company and for leading architects including Norman Foster. The Caulfield Company’s team of architects and craftsmen design and build glass buildings all over the world.

The Caulfield Company also has two showrooms in Harrogate: one showing glass buildings, control systems and contemporary furniture and a second showing revolutionary Internorm window and door systems.
