Felt has set up a fair trade arrangement with nomadic tribes in Kyrgyzstan's Mountains of Heaven and now imports their ornate felted wool rugs called Shyrdaks to the UK.
These domestic works of art suit town and country homes alike, coming in both vibrant and muted colours. Their cut out patterns have a symbolic language and customers can commission rugs sized and coloured to order as well as incorporating their own special messages.
